Development permit applications for discretionary uses or permitted uses requiring a variance were approved on January 13, 2021, and are effective February 9, 2021. Notices of decision have been issued in accordance with Greenview’s Land Use Bylaw No. 18-800 and Grande Cache Land Use Bylaw 799.

*UPDATE: The Province of Alberta has extended the mandatory public health measures put in place December 13, 2020 in an attempt to curb increasing Covid-19 numbers. These extended measures will be in place for 2 weeks or until further notice.

Annual property assessments will begin on January 11, 2021.
Please note that assessors are travelling in vehicles clearly marked with Greenview logos, have been issued Greenview identification, and are required to present ID upon request.
