Exciting News: Extended Hours at the DeBolt Public Service Building! We are excited to announce our new hours of operation to better serve our community! Starting Monday, July 29, 2024, the DeBolt Public Service Building will be open during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. DETOUR: Valleyview South (TWP RD 694) Bridge Repair
Crews will work on bridge repairs south of Valleyview on TWP RD 697 between RR 232 and RR 225 from Monday, July 29, 2024, until late August. During this time, all traffic must use a detour via TWP RD 681 or TWP RD 670 (see map below). Please use caution and obey all construction signage while in the area to keep the crew and members of the travelling public safe.
Temporary Closure – Sunset House Water Point
The Water Point at Sunset House is temporarily closed as the well is not producing enough water to keep up with the usage demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Alternate Greenview Water Point locations (including Sweathouse Truck Fill) can be found by visiting the website here.
NOW OPEN! RV Dump Station – DeBolt
In the 2023 Capital Budget, Greenview Council approved the construction of an RV Dumping Station in the hamlet of DeBolt. We are pleased to announce that the RV Dumping station is completed and open for public use. There are both non-potable water and potable water (marked as "water") available at this location on Alberta Ave. within the hamlet of DeBolt (beside the Feedlot Cafe).

Crews anticipate starting the Township Road 704 (RR 230 to Hwy 49) Overlay Project on Friday, July 26, 2024. This project is estimated to take approximately four weeks, and dates may be adjusted due to weather and/or unforeseen circumstances. Highway 666 Update from Alberta Transportation – July 10, 2024 Contractors are making progress on Highway 666, centreline culverts and rock lined ditch, 1.4 km gravel conversion and calcium completed July 10, 2024.
