Greenview Surplus Assets and Equipment

Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 is in the process of taking email requests of Offers to Purchase:

Asset being offered: Puskwaskau Hall. Structures to be moved away from the site.

The hall structure has become a part of the assets of Greenview as of July 2023. Through the process of evaluating this asset, Greenview has decided to surplus this building. Greenview is looking for an Offer to Purchase for sole individual or individuals for the moving of the structure off the land. The structure is being “sold as is where is.” The structure includes the main hall, the side porch, any contents of the hall and the water well building. In the hall, there is a kitchen, bathroom, hall, and furnace room.

Address to the asset: This structure is located at 74471 Hwy736. This is north of DeBolt on Hwy 736.

Closing Date: Greenview will be taking emails up to April 15, 2024, at 4:00:59pm local time. There will be a 7-day evaluation period. Then, the Purchaser will be contacted via email with a letter attachment stating the confirmation of the sale and instructions on payment to be received.

All submissions: All submissions for Offer to Purchase must have the offer to purchase value, buyer name, and email address to which to respond.

Purchaser Responsibility: The Purchaser, once selected by the highest bidder process, will be responsible for removing the connection to the water connected to the water well, electricity from the electrical panel, and the foundation to which the structure is attached. The structure shall be moved out of the front gate, and then the transport responsibilities will be solely with the Purchaser. The Purchaser will have 30 days to remove the structure from the date Greenview sent the letter. This can be extended if necessary. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for disconnection cost/ risk and transportation costs.
