Effective January 18, 2021 the Province of Alberta will ease restrictions for outdoor gatherings, personal services, and funeral attendance. Indoor gatherings remain prohibited, while outdoor social gatherings with a maximum of 10 people will be allowed.  Personal and wellness services will be allowed to open by appointment only.  Funeral ceremony attendance will be increased to 20 people, with mandatory masking and two meter physical distancing.  Funeral receptions are still prohibited. *UPDATE: The Province of Alberta has extended the mandatory public health measures put in place December 13, 2020 in an attempt to curb increasing Covid-19 numbers. These extended measures will be in place for 2 weeks or until further notice. Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant The Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant offers financial assistance to Alberta businesses, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations that were ordered to close or curtail operations, and that experienced a revenue reduction of at least 40%, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible organizations can apply for 15% of their pre-COVID-19 monthly revenue, up to a maximum of $5,000 in funding. Greenview Council approved the disbursement of surplus equipment and vehicles for the upcoming Ritchie Brothers auction in Grande Prairie from November 23-25, and on the GOV Deals online auction platform. The list of equipment and vehicles slotted for each auction are available for viewing below.
