In accordance with section 74 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 has been issued an approval by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas for an amendment to an existing approval to operate the Grande Cache Wastewater System until January 1, 2024. The existing approval expires January 1, 2023. The operation is located at W of Section 29 Township 056 Range 08 West of the 6th Meridian in the Hamlet of Grande Cache area.
The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide you a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board.
