Tree Planting and Care Workshop

Where: Valleyview Agricultural Society Hall

Join Greenview’s Agricultural Services Department and speaker Toso Bozic for a presentation all about trees! This workshop will cover how to plant seedlings with the best results, managing pests and diseases, water conservation techniques, pruning, and much more! There will be an outdoor component to this event, so dress up for the weather! Following the outdoors portion, there will be a free supper before moving into the classroom-style presentation. Join us for a fun and information-filled evening all about trees! This is an excellent opportunity to ask all your tree-related questions and meet lots of people with similar interests. There will be resources to take home, door prizes, and plenty of food!

About the Speaker:

Toso Bozic

Toso Bozic is a founder of ATTS Group Inc.. a public speaker and an entrepreneur. Toso graduated from the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia and holds a degree in Forest Engineering. He is a member of the Alberta Institute of Professional Agrologists (P.Ag) and obtained an ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification(TRAQ). With 28 years of experience, he gained comprehensive knowledge and technical skills in forestry, arboriculture, urban forestry, agroforestry, agriculture, renewable energy, waste management and business development.
