The Grande Cache Recreation Centre invites you to a FREE Yoga Session!

Bring a yoga mat, a small towel, and water to ensure your comfort throughout the practice. Hydration is always encouraged before, during, and after a yoga session.
Give Gratitude to the sun with sun salutations, a sequence of flowing yoga movements that warm the body, strengthen the muscles, increase energy levels and help keep you calm by focusing on your breath. The session aims to foster a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, catering to practitioners of all experience levels.
The Grande Cache Recreation Centre will host this enriching and enjoyable event. To secure your participation, visit the Recreation Centre in person or contact us at 780-827-2446. No drop-in fee is required.
