DETOUR: Highway 747 (Sweathouse Area) Bridge Repair
Alberta Transportation is scheduled to begin repairs on the Highway 747 bridge (Sweathouse Area) on September 4, 2023. To accommodate these repairs, the bridge will be closed to all traffic. A detour will be in place for approximately 8-10 weeks (weather dependant). Detour signs will be in place. Please use caution while travelling in the area, and obey all posted signs and speed limits.

Greenview is preparing to commence 2023 shoulder pull work beginning at the end of August and through to September, weather permitting, in the locations noted on the map below.
