Telmatik is being replaced by Voyent Alert! At Greenview, we are committed to delivering exceptional municipal services and promptly keeping our residents informed. Notifications for Grande Cache residents will now be transitioned to Voyent Alert, which provides not only emergency alerts but also updates on day-to-day services.
We’re excited to introduce updates to our Voyent Alert notification system, keeping Greenview residents informed about everything that matters in your area.
Voyent Alert was introduced in January 2024 to provide Greenview residents with additional, location-specific emergency alerts like fires, evacuations, and other critical events. Stay informed about urgent matters that affect your safety by registering for this enhanced and multifunctional notification system. Voyent Alert works with a smartphone app and dedicated website for Greenview users and will send smartphone alerts, text messages, or even call your phone!
Expanded Alerts
Starting on October 1, 2024, additional notifications and updates are available to be added to your personalized alert settings. The following notices will be added:
- Road closures and detours
- Water/sewer disruptions
- Garbage and recycling pickup changes
Complete Notification Rollout
Starting on January 1, 2025, along with emergency alerts and disruptions, we will start sharing updates on:
- Greenview meetings and events
- Facility schedule changes
