NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 24-972 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: September 24, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone the lands legally described as Plan 9423522, Lot 1, from Industrial General (M-2) District to Agricultural One A-1 District.
Anyone wishing to speak on the above is invited to attend. Written submission must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), September 20, 2024.
