Water outage for water line extension in Grande Cache

A planned water outage will occur on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 12:00 pm to tie the new water main to the existing one.

The following residences will be affected:

• Shand Trailor Court
• Golden Age Senior Club
• all establishments from Shande Ave to 97th St and 104th Ave.
• Grande Cache Golf Course
• Grande Cache Campground
• Aseniwuche on 104th across from the Ball Diamond

Fire hydrants will be flushed in the area following the water main tie-in, and affected areas are to flush taps for at least 10 minutes or until the water runs clean.

Formal notices have been handed out to the businesses and residences affected by the contractor. The estimated time for this construction is 6 hours; updates on completion will be provided here and on our Facebook page at Grande Cache, MD, of Greenview.
