The due date for the residential & farmland property taxes is November 15, 2024.

Please record your tax roll number, customer number or account number on the cheque and enclose the return portion of your bill. For tax payments, the envelope must be postmarked by Canada Post on or before the due date; otherwise, late payment penalties will be added.
Post-Dated Cheques
Post-dated cheques are also accepted by the municipality. The cheques must be dated for the due date or earlier to avoid penalty. Please record your roll number or customer number on the cheque and enclose the return portion of your bill with payment.

Banking Online/Tele-Banking
You may also choose to set up the MD as one of your online banking payees; you will have three accounts to choose from: accounts receivable, taxes and utilities.
*NOTE: ratepayers should allow at least (3) three business days for their bank to process the payment.
All Greenview Offices will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024, in lieu of Remembrance Day.
Failure to pay your taxes by the deadline will result in an 8 percent penalty on the unpaid balance of current taxes. A further penalty of 10% will be applied to the unpaid balance of the basic current tax as of January 1, 2025. Any other tax arrears as of January 1, 2025, will have an 18% penalty applied.
