NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 24-982 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: February 11, 2025 at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone approximately 9.24 hectares (22.84 acres) within NE 32-70-21-W5M from Agricultural One (A-1) district to Agricultural Two (A-2) district to accommodate the subdivision of a larger farmstead.
