NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 23-938 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: July 11, 2023, at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview, AB.
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone a 4.07 hectares (10-acre) portion of the parcel legally described as SW-9-70-22-W5M from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Country Residential One (CR-1) District to accommodate another parcel out of the quarter section.
