NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 23-948 being the Cozy Acres Area Structure Plan
will be held on: August 22, 2023, at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to adopt the Cozy Acres Area Structure Plan which will guide future development of the quarter section legally described as SW 24-70-29-W5M.
