The Grande Cache Recreation Centre will be holding its first Spin-A-Thon on November 16, 2024, in hopes of raising community awareness of men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
Register with a team of 4 or individually, and we’ll put you on a team and spin your way to the top during the 6-hour competition held on November 16, 2024. Each team will have one bike to keep spinning for the 6 hours, allowing fresh legs to trade off when needed and the distance spun to add up. There will be games and prizes for participants.
