NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw 24-977 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: November 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of Bylaw 24-977 is to rezone a 13.54-ha (33.45-ac) portion of the parcel legally described as NW 15-73-1-W6M from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Agricultural Two (A-2) District to accommodate subdivision of a larger yard site.
Anyone wishing to speak on the above is invited to attend. Written submission must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), November 7, 2024. For further information, please contact:
