FCSS receives Alberta School Boards Association’s Zone One Friends of Education Award

The Peace Wapiti Public School Division nominated Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) departments from the County of Grande Prairie, Birch Hills County, Saddle Hills County, and the MD of Greenview for the Alberta School Boards Association’s Zone One Friends of Education Award. This nomination recognizes the FCSS departments’ exceptional commitment to community schools, including demonstrating outstanding leadership.

Green View FCSS, in particular, supports school liaison workers at both Ridgevalley and Penson schools, contributing an impressive $45,000 annually to the school division.
