NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 23-944 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: July 25, 2023, at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview, AB.
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone a 1.93 hectare (4.77-acre) portion of the parcel legally described as SE-11-70-26-W5M from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Country Residential One (CR-1) District to allow the subdivision of the fragmented parcel physically severed by Range Road 261.
