Bylaw No. 22-902 & Bylaw No. 22-905 Grovedale Area Structure Plan/Land Use Bylaw Amendment
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone an area containing approximately 4.86 hectares (12.0 acres) from Agricultural Two (A-2) District to Industrial General (M-2) District to allow future subdivision on the above noted quarter.
Bylaw No. 22-913 Land Use Amendment
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone an area containing approximately 14.39 hectares (35.57 acres) from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Agricultural Two (A-2) District to allow future subdivision on the above noted quarter.
Bylaw No. 22-914 Land Use Amendment
The purpose of the bylaw is to add Map #29 to Greenview’s existing Land Use Bylaw 18-800 to rezone an area containing approximately 810 hectares (2,000. acres) from Crown Land (C-L) District to Industrial General (M-2) District.
