Greenview is committed to supporting sustainable organizations and activities that positively impact the lives of residents within Greenview and beyond our borders.
Community Impact Grants
Not-for-profit organizations and Registered Societies looking to strengthen/grow services within Greenview and the greater Region may apply for an operating and/or capital grant from Greenview once per year. Council assesses each application with a focus on the impact and social well-being based on the impact of the Greenview community.
Community Impact Grant applications are accepted once annually on April 15.

Not-for-profit organizations, registered societies, and Annual Events may request funding once per calendar year directly tied to the event’s operations.
Greenview Sponsorship and In-Kind Donation requests must be submitted 30 working days prior to the event.

Not-for-profit organizations and Registered Societies looking to strengthen and grow services within the Grande Cache area may apply for an operating and/or capital grant through the Grande Cache Recreation Board.
The Grande Cache Recreation Grant provides funding to non-profit organizations within the Grande Cache Area that provide direct and indirect benefits to Greenview residents and surrounding communities.
Grant Applications are open throughout the year, and the Board prioritizes new applicants ahead of multiple grant requests by the same group.

Green View FCSS Grants Program

2024 grant applications will be received by the Green View FCSS Board between July 1 and August 31, 2023. To qualify for support under this program, the proposed project shall be preventive in nature in order to:
- Enhance, strengthen and stabilize family and community life;
- Improve the ability of persons to identify and act on their own social needs;
- Help avert family or community social breakdown;
- If early symptoms of a social breakdown appear; help prevent the development of a crisis that may require major intervention or rehabilitative measures; or
- Promote, encourage and facilitate voluntarism and the use of volunteers.
