- Tuesday, June 18, 2024 – Ratepayers BBQ, Grovedale Community Hall from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- Tuesday, June 25, 2024 – Ratepayers BBQ, Greenview Regional Multiplex, Valleyview, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- Tuesday, July 9, 2024– Ratepayers BBQ, DeBolt Public Service Building from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- Monday, July 15, 2024 – Ratepayers BBQ, Grande Cache Public Service Building (Fire Hall) from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
