- June 20, 2023 – Ratepayers BBQ, Grovedale Community Hall from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- June 27, 2023 – Ratepayers BBQ, Greenview Regional Multiplex, Valleyview, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- July 11, 2023– Ratepayers BBQ, DeBolt Public Service Building from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
- July 18, 2023 – Ratepayers BBQ, Grande Cache Recreation Centre from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
