Make a splash with our Adult Beginner Swimming Lessons! This program is for beginners or swimmers who want to improve their skills. Within the Adult Swimmer curriculum, participants set their own goals to develop water confidence and recognizable strokes. No previous swimming required. This program is designated for those looking to gain confidence in the water.
