  1. Look for employment opportunities that align with your education, experience, skills and interests.
  2. Here are some tips for you during the application process.
    a. Be sure to check the “Status” of the position to see if an application deadline is approaching.
    b. When you submit your application to our Careers email, include the position title for which position you are applying for in the email’s subject line.
    c. Include a detailed cover letter and resume highlighting your education, experience, and skills and explaining why you are a great candidate.

Screening Process

All applications that are received will be reviewed by Human Resources and the hiring manager. The screening process includes a review of your education, experience and skills.

Interview Process
  1. Only applicants that are selected for an interview will be contacted.
  2. Greenview strives to have a fair and unbiased interview process. Applicants in the same competition will be asked the same questions, ensuring they all have the same interview experience.
What happens after the Interview
  1. The hiring team may request a skills test or a second interview for some positions. If those are not required, the next step would be to conduct reference checks. Following positive reference checks, there is an approval process before an offer can be made.
  2. For all competitions, if you have been selected for an interview, you will be contacted whether you have been selected for the position or not – we want to be sure we close the loop with all of the candidates.
