Program & Membership Cancellations
REGISTERED PROGRAMS
Cancellation:Â We reserve the right to cancel/change classes due to low enrollment. All cancelled programs will receive a 100% refund or credit.
Withdrawals: All withdrawals must either be medical or 14 days prior to the first lesson/class.
PLEASE NOTE: Credits are not issued for classes missed during a session. Make-up classes are not available unless it has been rescheduled by the instructor/facilitator. Non-attendance in a class does not constitute a withdrawal.
MEMBERSHIP/PASS
Cancellation: Refunds for user cancellations of membership/passes will only be granted with written confirmation of a medical condition or residence relocation that reasonably prevents participation in the membership-based activities. The refund will be prorated and will also be subject to a cancellation administrative fee of $25.00
FACILITY RENTALS (Birthday Party Packages, Pool Rental, etc.)
Rental cancellations require 14 days’ notice for a refund/credit/transfer.
