NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 26-1036 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: November 24, 2026, at 9:05 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to amend section 6.44 of the Land Use Bylaw 25-1000 concerning Solar Collector, Major projects in Greenview.

Anyone wishing to speak on the above is invited to attend. Written submission must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), November 13, 2026.
