NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 26-1019 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: November 24, 2026, at 9:05 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is a Minor Area Structure Plan on an area containing approximately 63.94 Hectares (158 acres) on the parcel legally described as NE-28-70-24-W5M.
Anyone wishing to speak on the above is invited to attend. Written submission must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), November 13, 2026.
