NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 26-1017 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: May 26, 2026, at 9:05 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone an area containing approximately 4.00 Hectares legally described as SE-20-70-22-W5M from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Country Residential One (CR-1) District.
