NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 26-1026 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: October 13, 2026, at 9:05 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone an area containing approximately 10.4 Hectares (25.7 acres) legally
described as NE-29-72-26-W5M from Agricultural One (A-1) District to Agricultural Two (A-2) District.
