We’re excited to introduce a BRAND-NEW summer hiking program at the Grande Cache Tourism & Interpretive Centre, 3 Peaks, 1 Summer! This program is designed to be a fun, leisurely, and interpretive hiking experience for all skill levels. With lots of laughs, incredible views and learning along the way.
We are so excited to announce that our first hike will be Mount Louis on June 23, 2026.
We will meet at the Cowlick Creek Trailhead, located 4 km south of Grande Cache on Highway 40. Turn right into the Cowlick Creek Staging Area. If you would prefer to meet at the Grande Cache Tourism & Interpretive Centre and follow the staff to the trailhead, please let the staff know at your registration.
Please ensure you have proper hiking shoes, appropriate clothing, food & water to keep you fueled for the duration of the hike.
Hiking Day Details:
- Mount Louis on June 23, 2026
- Meet at the trailhead: 7:45 AM
- Hike departure: 8:00 AM sharp
- Estimated return to parking lot: 4:00 PM
