ADULT SWIMMING LESSONS
WHEN: Wednesdays & Fridays, September 9 – 25

The adult swimmer program is for beginners or swimmers who want to improve their skills. Within the Adult Swimmer curriculum, participants set their own goals to develop water confidence and recognizable strokes.
WATER WORKS
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 1 – 29 (9 classes)
TIME: 10:00 – 11:00 am
AGE: 16 +
COST: $72.00+ GST DROP-IN: $10.00 / class
LOCATION: Leisure Pool
Water Fitness uses natural resistance and buoyancy of the water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities.
No swimming is required in water aerobics, and floatation devices are used frequently. Water Works is a shallow pool class and geared toward client comfort levels.
SPLASH & PLAY
WHEN: Friday, September 11 & September 28
TIME: 10:00 – 11:00 am
AGE: 0 – 6 years
COST: $2.00 / child/day
LOCATION: Leisure Pool
Come join us for a fun-filled hour of swimming, games, and play in the pool! Designed for children ages 0–6 and their parents/caregivers, this instructor-led program is a great way to get comfortable in the water, enjoy some playful activities, and spend time together as a family.
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Our private swim lessons offer personalized, one-on-one instruction for swimmers of any age – children, teens and adults. Whether
you’re taking your first steps into the water or working on advanced stroke improvement, our instructors build lessons that match your
skills, gain confidence, and enjoy hands-on support in a calm and encouraging environment. Call our friendly customer service team
for more information. Availability subject to change. Requests may be submitted, but are not guaranteed.
Cost per Person: $25.00 per 30 minutes
Cost per Two People: $40.00 per 30 minutes
DID YOU KNOW? We are going into our shutdown for the month of October!
During this time, the aquatic centre will be unavailable. This includes the changerooms, all pools and our steam room. Our scheduled pool shutdown gives our team an opportunity to complete important preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and deep cleaning that cannot be completed safely or effectively while the facility is operating.
During the shutdown, we will be working throughout the Lane Pool, Leisure Pool, and Hot Tub, including:
- Draining and deep-cleaning the Leisure Pool and Hot Tub, including scrubbing surfaces and addressing areas that require additional cleaning.
- Inspecting pool surfaces for deficiencies, including sharp or damaged tiles and areas requiring repair.
- Repairing low grout lines and other identified deficiencies in the pool finishes.
- Inspecting anti-entrapment grating and related safety components.
- Replacing the chemical controllers to support reliable water quality monitoring and chemical management.
- Repairing and servicing the circulation pumps and other mechanical equipment.
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment in the mechanical space that cannot be properly accessed or serviced during regular
pool operations. - Completing foundation work around the Hot Tub.
- Performing additional cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
These planned closures are an important part of maintaining a safe, clean, reliable, and well-maintained aquatic facility. Completing this work while the pools are drained and unavailable allows staff and contractors to safely access equipment and surfaces, thoroughly inspect the facility, and address issues before they become larger problems.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while this important work is completed. The shutdown will help us ensure our pools and supporting systems are ready for safe and reliable operation when we reopen.
Memberships can be paused upon request and will automatically resume once the shutdown is complete.

Public Swim*: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 – 8:00 pm | Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 – 8:00 pm | Saturday & Sunday 2:00 – 7:00 pm
