The evacuation alert is now CANCELLED for Nose Creek Subdivision PT-NE-34, PT-NW-35 of 66-11-W6.
Alberta Wildfire is actively responding to an out of control wildfire in the area. There is no evacuation required at this time, residents are being asked to stand by and wait for additional information.
If you are in the affected area, prepare to evacuate if the situation worsens. Gather pets, important documents and medication, enough food, water and supplies for at least 3 days. No evacuation is required at this time.
Industry and backcountry users west of km 2-80 on the Two Lakes Road (west (left) of the red line shown on the map below) are advised to remain alert to fire activity in the area and be prepared for the possibility of road closures if conditions worsen.
