What is a compliance certificate?
The purpose of a compliance certificate is to ensure that buildings are located on your property within the established guidelines of Land Use Bylaw No. 18-800.
Any development constructed after July 1, 1994 for which a development permit has not been issued will be considered non-conforming. A compliance certificate will not be issued until an approved development permit has been obtained.
What are the fees for a compliance certificate?
Compliance certificates may be issued subject to Greenview’s current Schedule of Fees Bylaw upon a written request to the planning and development department.
What is a A Real Property Report?
A real property report (RPR) is a legal document that clearly illustrates the location of significant visible improvements relative to the property lines.
A current real property report must be included with a compliance certificate request.
