Exciting Updates for Grande Cache, MD of Greenview’s Recycling Program!

Starting April 1, 2025, Circular Materials will be taking the lead in managing Grande Cache’s recycling program. This transition brings fresh opportunities to enhance our community’s commitment to sustainable practices. Residents can look forward to the same reliable service, with added benefits like improved efficiency and a stronger focus on environmental stewardship.

Circular Materials is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to building an efficient and effective recycling system in Alberta. Circular Materials will ensure a smooth transition, so there’s nothing you need to do—just keep recycling as usual! Recycling Information

NOTE: Recycling will continue to be collected as usual, every second Monday, with the next pickup on April 7, 2025.

Please ensure the following:

✅ Place Recycle Blue Bin curbside by 7:00 am.
✅ Ensure material are clean, dry and bagged in your recycling bin.
✅Flatten cardboard to save space.
✅Give containers a quick rinse.

Recycling App

Starting April 1, 2025, Circular Materials will launch a new recycling mobile app for the residents in the Hamlet of Grande Cache. The app will provide:
✅ Recycling collection schedules
✅ Material search tool
✅ Service alerts & updates

Residents can visit circularmaterials.ca/app to learn more and download the app.

Effective April 15, 2025, at 3:00 pm, a Fire Advisory has been issued for the areas of the MD of Greenview outside of the Forest Protection Area.
