
Greenview is seeking qualified caterers to provide food services for one or more of the upcoming 2026 Ratepayer BBQ events.
Event Locations, Dates & Estimated Attendance:
- Grovedale Community Hall, Grovedale, AB – June 16, 2026 (approximately 200 attendees)
- Greenview Regional Multiplex, Valleyview, AB – June 23, 2026 (approximately 375 attendees)
- DeBolt Public Services Building, DeBolt, AB – July 14, 2026 (approximately 275 attendees)
- Grande Cache Multiplex, Grande Cache, AB – July 20, 2026 (approximately 400 attendees)
Submission Period:
Caterers are invited to submit their responses between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time).
Scope of Services:
Selected caterers will be responsible for:
- Providing all food and beverages
- Supplying necessary staffing
- Complete setup and takedown of the food service area
Note: Tables will be provided at each event location.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, caterers must:
- Be a registered business
- Hold a valid Food Safety Certificate
- Carry appropriate insurance
- Provide a Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB-Alberta) Clearance Letter
- Ensure a Food Safety-certified individual is present at the event
Evaluation Criteria:
Preference will be given to local vendors who demonstrate the best overall value per location.
