Following a recent inspection, Greenview has implemented a weight restriction on the bridge located on Range Road 214 (Little Smoky Road) in Little Smoky area. The inspection determined that repairs are required to ensure the continued safe use of the structure.
Effective immediately, April 23, 2025, the bridge is restricted to a maximum weight of 10 tonnes.
At this time, there is no confirmed timeline for the completion of repairs. However, Greenview administration is actively working with a contractor to determine next steps and address the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For those affected by the weight restriction, a detour route is in place. Please drive north on Highway 43 and turn right onto secondary Highway 665, then continue until you reach Range Road 214, where you will turn right to rejoin your route. See image below:
