PUBLIC NOTICE #1 (2)

Canadian Navigable Waters Act – Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors hereby gives notice that submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment, as described herein and its site and plans. Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of said Act, Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry (https://cps.canada.ca) and under registry number 14522, a description of the following work, its site and plans:

• Erosion Protection Installation

on the right (north) bank of the Muskeg River, directly adjacent to the Highway 40 road embankment, approximately 30 km east of Grande Cache, at approximately 53.922690 N, -118.655700 W.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above-noted registry number), or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to:
