NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for
Bylaw No. 24-974 being a Land Use Bylaw Amendment
will be held on: September 24, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
in the Municipal District No. 16 Administration Building, Valleyview AB
The purpose of the bylaw is to provide the zoning of Crownlands (CL) District under Greenview’s LUB 18-800, for the lands indicated in Schedule “A” and “B” of Bylaw 24-974.
Note: Most parcels outside the developed areas of the Hamlet of Grande Cache are designated as Crown Lands (CL) District and owned by the Crown. Each bylaw has different requirements for processing, approval and conditions, which complicates the process. This will streamline the issuance of permit approvals by Greenview and ensure a singular regulatory profile for the permit.
Anyone wishing to speak on the above is invited to attend. Written submission must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon), September 20, 2024.
