Please be advised of the following Greenview Public Service Buildings, Administration Offices, Landfills and Transfer Stations closures, and facility hours on Friday, September 29, 2023, for MD of Greenview Staff Training to commemorate and honour the Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities, and remember the children who never came home as this is a vital component of the reconciliation process. We encourage everyone to take time on this day – and all days – to acknowledge and better understand the history and harms done, explore the vast learning resources available and support related causes and organizations.

■ Greenview Regional Landfill closed from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm (open for 2 hours that day)
■ DeBolt Transfer Station closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm
■ Sweathouse Transfer Station closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm
■ New Fish Creek Transfer Station closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm
■ South Wapiti Transfer Station closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm
■ Grande Cache Landfill closed from 10:30 am until 2:00 pm
■ Grande Cache Commercial Waste Collection will occur on Wednesday, September 27. Co-Op and Enterprises collection will be picked up on Wednesday, October 4, instead of September 27.
