Alberta Transportation Update:

Highway 43 North and South bound will be opening at 4:00 pm with a speed reduction to 80 km/hr between Valleyview and Fox Creek. Active Wildfire crews and Utility repair crews will be working along the highway. Please slow to 60 km /hr when passing crews.

 
Please also use caution while travelling through this corridor, expect delays and use your headlights while in the area.
