Join us in the new year and learn how to work out healthily. Two 30-minute classes, Functional Training and Movement Training, are suitable for all ages and fitness levels starting at age 14+. Youth, Adults and Seniors are all welcome to participate in one or both classes.

1. Class (30min.): Functional Training focuses on establishing and reestablishing postural stability and kinetic chain mobility, which improves joint function through muscular endurance, core function, flexibility, and balance.

2. Class (30min.): Movement Training focuses on developing good movement patterns without compromising postural or joint stability. Learn how to master the 5 primary movement patterns, single leg, push, pull, rotation, bend and lift, in the 3 planes of motion.

Monday Dates: January 15, February 12, March 11 & April 15, 2024
Monday Times: Two 30 minute classes from 8:00 – 8:30 am & 8:30 – 9:00 am

Friday Dates: January 26, February 23, March 22 & April 26, 2024
Friday Times: Two 30 minute classes from 6:30 – 7:00 pm & 7:00 – 7:30 pm
