Ages:  13-17
Dates:  July 7 – July 28
Time:  11am – 12pm
Price:  $20 Members       $25 Non-Members
Description:  Get your metabolism fired up!  This fast paced class brings a unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, strength, and endurance training.  You’re sure to get a varied and fun total body workout in every time.  *MINIMUM 4 Participants

Description:  Join us and work on instilling confidence, strength and focus into young athletes.  This class is designed to develop strength, mobility and conditioning that is critical to performance and injury prevention.   *MINIMUM 4 Participants

Are you looking for a way to get your kids out of the house and enjoying the outdoors? Well look no further! Sportsmania is perfect for young athletes who are already passionate about the following sports and for the ones who are looking to broaden their horizons and try something new. During this program, the participants will get to partake in various drills and games for Basketball, Street Hockey, Soccer, and Volleyball Cross Net. This is a two-hour program that we will facilitate weekly.

It’s summer and the perfect time for outdoor fun in the sun! Each week we will enjoy a new activity: fabric painting, Chalk art competitions, local bike ride around the community, a nature-based scavenger hunt, and more! This program will get the kids bodies moving and their minds thinking all while they laugh alongside their peers.
*Participants will need to supply their own bike*
Need: Water Bottle, and proper clothing/footwear for activity.

Calling all Parents with kids ages 0-5 years. We would love for you and your little ones to join us as we sing songs, read stories, and create all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. We encourage kids to be kids and a mess may happen. Make sure you dress for play and bring an extra change of clothes.
Need: Extra clothes, Snacks, Water Bottle, Sunscreen, and Bug Spray

Want to connect with other families and get your child engaged in gross motor activities? Come join us at Mini Movers! Each week will be enjoying different activities such as Bike/Strider Obstacle course, Scavenger Hunt, yoga, and much more. This program will get your child using their whole body and engaging with peers.
*participants will need to bring their own bike/strider on July 6

Connect with your mind and body well having fun! Enjoy a different themed yoga class every week with meaningful poses, fun games, little crafts, mindfulness, and mediation.
